Week 1 Fresh Diet Favorites

So far so good!  I'm going to post a video about my first week shortly, but here are some of my favorite meals so far:


Grilled Tofu with Orange Tea Leaf Sauce with Lemon Parsley Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Whole Wheat Fettuccine Pasta







Grilled Chicken Breast with Spiced Pomegranate Sauce with Cider Baked Parsnips and Artichoke Hearts


Not bad for a diet.  Not bad at all!!
